A very convenient location, especially for me, cause I don't have to go out of the way to the edge of the city. The process was very smooth, and took the stress out of the process. I called a few places (The ones that weren't far out), and they didn't have very many storage units so they didn't have any available for the size I needed. The guy who was working at the desk was nice, and wasn't edgy (when the person I have to talk to for a service is edgy, judgemental, bitter , or don't like their job (and you can Obviously tell) it is stressful and I will be avoidant). Has good security and insurance for items.

Wonderful experience from walking in to unloading our moving truck. Justin provided excellent customer service, showing us numerous units and helping us choose the best option. Easy parking close to the front doors and a supply of loading carts made unloading easy. Would highly recommend.

Over the last several weeks we have worked with Tami in the front office to secure multiple units as we move our belongings into storage while relocating. Throughout the process she has been great. She helped us determine best options and on short notice helped us delay for several days to coincide with movers. Would highly recommend this storage facility. Low-key storage close to the fairgrounds. Air conditioned indoors and drive up available. Easy to navigate. Not many fancy amenities (people keep destroying the carts!) but it always seems clean and secure. A good deal for the price and not a bad location unless there's a big event at the fairgrounds.

Tami in the office provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. We had some minor difficulties with the website and she was patient, understanding and helpful through the whole process even make sure to follow up and making sure we had everything we needed. She was simply amazing and a joy to work with her positive attitude and bright demeanor. The property itself is also very clean. And the carts available to help move larger objects was a huge boon as well. The interior units are nice and cool during the summer. The gated facility and added key pad security to the buildings are also pretty nice to see. And the best part is the very reasonable price for what you get. 10/10
